Help With Credit—Qualify For A Home Loan!

Credit Help Is An Easy Way To Get Mortgage Ready and Qualify For A Loan

Dealing with multiple credit issues that require attention to detail to get fixed as well as help interacting with creditors is the primary issue that faces pre-purchase clients stalled from purchasing a home. Mortgage professionals have long voiced the need for a person-to-person resource that can assist pre-purchase clients to stay on top of required tasks and provide the assistance needed at a reasonable cost. And though MLO’s have access to credit tools, many don’t know how to use tools to their full capacity or don’t have the time.

Recently, HUD HCA National Foundation for Debt Management spearheaded Homebuyercred.org, a deep dive credit improvement program to obtain homeownership. HUD counselors and certified credit counselors work with pre-purchase clients and their creditors to resolve credit issues, improve credit scores and build credit. Counselors follow up with clients every 30 days until the client reaches their desired score and can communicate with referring real estate agents and loan originators to provide client progress with the client’s permission. The fee for this service is $179 and will be available in all 50 states as of Jan. 1, 2021.
