Laura Bech has been a Longleaf resident since 2001 and has previously served on the Longleaf Advisory Council, Longleaf Teen Group, and organized /volunteered for numerous community events throughout the years (comedy night, adult scavenger hunt, holiday festivals, etc).  Before moving to Florida in 1995, Laura spent eleven years in branch banking management in New York.  Laura began working in residential real estate in 2000 and has extensive experience with selling  homes in our community.  Laura’s knowledge and love of the neighborhood makes her an excellent candidate for a position on the Longleaf Neighborhood Association Board.  Laura has a vested interest in the community not only as a resident but also as ‘your neighborhood Realtor’.   In her spare time, Laura enjoys spending time with family and traveling.

Longleaf Neighborhood

Longleaf is a traditional neighborhood. Every neighbor is connected through a community email system. There are community events of all kinds for all ages, especially for Holidays. Great way to get to know your neighbors! The neighborhood is fully equipped with: a large community pool and spa, three playgrounds, five open grassy fields, conservation areas, bike/hike trails, community garden, baseball/basketball/volleyball/tennis courts, three mail kiosks, a Downtown area including: Italian restaurant, Barber shop, Jewelry store, Hair Salon, and a Coffee shop, a Day Care Center, an A-rated elementary school, street lights, welcoming front porches, garages in the rear connected to back alleyways, sidewalks on every street, and a great feeling of belonging.

We have a CDD (Community Development District) board, who are Longleaf residents, who’s purpose is to keep the maintenance of the neighborhood. If knowing your neighbors and neighborhood is the kind of thing you want to be a part of, then Longleaf is the place for you!
